Text before or after the JSON

A JSON text is a single value, with nothing but whitespace around it. Chat assistants and docs pages often wrap JSON in other text, like "Here's the JSON:" on the line before, or Markdown code fences (lines of three backticks) around it. When that text is copied along with the data, the parser fails on the first character that isn't JSON, or on the first one after the JSON ends.

In Chrome and Node.js, JSON.parse says: Unexpected token 'H'

Broken
Here's the JSON you asked for:
```json
{"name": "Ada Lovelace", "born": 1815}
```
Hope that helps!
Fixed
{"name": "Ada Lovelace", "born": 1815}

Fix it by hand

Copy only from the first { or [ to the matching } or ] at the end.
