Missing colon in JSON

In a JSON object, each key is followed by a colon and then its value: "name": "Ada". Without the colon, the parser finds a value where it expected : and stops. It's usually a typo in JSON written by hand.

In Chrome and Node.js, JSON.parse says: Expected ':' after property name in JSON

Broken
{
  "name" "Ada Lovelace",
  "born": 1815
}
Fixed
{
  "name": "Ada Lovelace",
  "born": 1815
}

Fix it by hand

Add a : between the key and its value.
